About Tina Ruseva
Dr. Tina Ruseva is more than the visionary entrepreneur behind Mentessa — she is one of the most prominent voices for the future of work. A workplace activist, author, and speaker, she champions learning that is social, inclusive, and lifelong.
With a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA in Innovation, Tina combines deep technical knowledge with visionary leadership. Before founding Mentessa, she worked across engineering and innovation roles in tech.
Tina is a regular speaker on the future of work, AI, and female leadership. She has been recognized by NASDAQ, featured in leading media across Europe, and awarded for her contribution to equal opportunity.

Founded in 2019 by Dr. Tina Ruseva, with a vision to make career growth accessible to all.

An idea was born
Frustrated by how hard it was to find guidance early in her career, Tina Ruseva imagines a platform that makes mentorship and knowledge-sharing accessible to everyone.

Mentessa was founded
Tina quits her job and joins Wayra Germany, the innovation hub by Telefónica. Mentessa graduates from the Founder Institute in Munich and wins its first customers.
